Meet Our Funders
Meet some of Lanarkshire Links funders who support our mission and enable us to empower the voice of lived and living experience. Thanks to their support Lanarkshire Links can continue to champion mental wellbeing, connect our communities, and ensure vital support is available to those who need it most.
NHS Lanarkshire
We are proud to work in partnership with NHS Lanarkshire, whose vital funding supports our dedicated team of Peer Workers. By drawing on their own lived experience of mental health challenges, our Peer Workers offer unique, empathetic support and walk alongside others on their recovery journeys in the Acute Mental Health Wards in Lanarkshire.
North Lanarkshire Health & Social Care Partnership
Through our proud partnership with University Health and Social Care North Lanarkshire, we are able to deliver our crucial Engagement and Participation work. This allows us to listen to and document the real-life experiences of carers and individuals navigating mental health challenges. Ultimately, this ensures that the voices of local people are kept at the very heart of shaping health and social care services in North Lanarkshire.

South Lanarkshire
Thanks to funding from South Lanarkshire Council, we are expanding our vital work into South Lanarkshire through the Communities Can Do project. This support enables us to run regular wellbeing groups, capture powerful recovery journeys through podcasts and short films, and deliver essential training workshops to community partners. Together, we are challenging stigma and ensuring that the voices of lived experience remain at the heart of mental health recovery.
National Lottery
Supported by The National Lottery Community Fund the Lanarkshire Links Wellbeing Groups focuses on bringing people together. This funding allows us to facilitate safe, peer-led spaces where individuals and carers can connect over shared lived experiences, whilst receiving either holistic support or creative expression. By providing these opportunities, we help our members access meaningful support, feel seen and valued, and develop the tools needed to manage their mental health and wellbeing.
